Hi, welcome to Little Dahlia Cove. Here's a little about us.

I've always had a love for flowers—there's something magical about their beauty. Growing up surrounded by gardeners, it was only natural that I found my passion playing in the dirt. About 25 years ago, I started growing dahlias. I would purchase them from the local greenhouse without a thought of viruses or bacteria—I just knew they were gorgeous. I'd see the most beautiful pictures in magazines of fields of dahlias and dreamed of creating that vision for myself.

As the years passed, I kept thinking, I need more dahlias. Even when I moved, that dream moved with me. Four or five years ago, I decided I wasn't getting any younger—it was time to create my vision. I learned more about them and started buying from small farms. Because I grow other pretty things, I keep my dahlia patch small and sweet, growing only a couple of each variety. That allows me to care for all my other pretties and share the dahlia tubers with you.
